Shalom TJJ Bus 5 Family,
This morning we checked out of the north and made our way south. We first went to Nachal Kibbutzim for a refreshing water hike. Afterwards we went to Kasar Al Yehud and connected to the site where the Jewish people crossed over into the Land of Israel. We closed of our traveling to Nachal Og and saw the tremendous impact the water has made in the south as it literally has made the landscape into what it is.
At night we explored our identity and gained a better understanding of what it means to be part of the Jewish nation. The night ended off with a really nice bonfire with singing, marshmellows, and mini hot dogs over the fire.
Best,
Michael Kahn (Rabbi Mike)
