Hello parents,

I want to provide some information about this coming Shabbat on TJJ Bus 5. It is a free weekend where many NCSYers are going to friends and family, while many others are attending the NCSY Shabbaton at Ramat Rachel hotel in Jerusalem.

On Thursday afternoon our bus will be making two stops for the free weekend. The first stop will be at Har Hertzel Jerusalem at about 5:00 PM and the second stop will be at Arlozorov Station in Tel Aviv at approximately 6:30 PM. There will be an adviser traveling to each location with the teens, and these are the two locations from where the NCSYers should be picked up or their alternative transportation arranged. Those who are attending the Shabbaton will be shuttled with their advisers to the hotel at about 5:30 PM.

On Sunday those at the Shabbaton will be shuttled from the hotel in Jerusalem and should arrive at Har Hertzel in Jerusalem at about 8:30AM and at Arlozorov station in Tel Aviv at about 10:00 AM- these are the two pick-up locations. All NCSYers should make sure to be at their respective location by that time.
